What you can expect from this service, and what it expects from you.
Every factual statement here is drawn from what the software actually does, and the text has been reviewed. It is still a description of a service rather than legal advice.
Who you are dealing with
This service is operated by Blue Elephants Solutions Pte. Ltd., 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Federation Centre, Singapore 068914 (UEN 201932733R). "We" and "the service" below mean that company; "you" means whoever uses it. Reach us at contact@blue-elephants-solutions.com.
What the service does
It produces narrated videos with captions: explainer videos designed from a brief you write or material you upload, and how-to videos made by operating a website you name in a browser and recording it. You download the finished video as an MP4, with its captions as separate files.
What you are responsible for
The content you supply, and the content that comes out. A generated video is a draft written by a language model from your brief: it can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your audience, and reviewing it before it reaches anyone is your responsibility, not the service’s.
You must have the right to use any material you upload, and — for a how-to video — to access and record the website you name with the sign-in details you give. Whatever that website shows is in the recording, so do not point it at pages that display other people’s personal data.
Ownership
The videos you generate are yours. This service claims no rights over them and does not publish or reuse them.
Availability
Generation depends on third-party AI and speech providers, and a how-to video depends on the website it records. When any of them is unavailable, slow, changes or refuses a request, builds fail or degrade, and this service has no control over that.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
